This is the Max-Planck-Institute in Göttingen. The overhanging part of the building just looks crazy to me. Love architecture be daring like that.

@wojnar no kidding... Not sure how else you can crop that without it looking out of place but if it weren't for the very bottom you'd think it's almost floating there.
