@deepmud@mas.to once or twice, when harvested at its juiciest, my results could maybe have been described as being pretty close to chicken, but in my experience L. sulphureus is never gonna fool someone who's expecting actual chicken. That's okay, though! I like mushrooms, and I enjoy the unique texture and flavor of this species. My favorite application so far has been spring rolls 😋
