@Quicky that looks like mostly bound journals that are now widely available as pdf. Have been for about 2 decades. Our library got rid of almost all of that maybe 15 years ago. Must have been quite a few trucks full of waste paper. Used to take up a ridiculous amount of space.

@xerge@mastodon.nl Yeah, to be fair, this is an abandoned campus of Aberystwyth University, and looks like they’re finally getting round to clearing it after years of closure.
