… but honestly how is it legal to pass the inspection when the car clearly breaks the noise limits is beyond me

@Mlikamera Exactly. State is evidently failing in every car regulations. More and more cars are extremely laud, more and more cars are parking on sidewalk or green areas, and nobody cares. It started to be impossible to sleep with opened window. If state is not regulating who will?
