Yesterday, we were able to watch a partial in . From where I was, about 87% of the Sun was obscured.
The photo quality isn't the best, but it was still an amazing experience, and building the filter was a lot of fun, too.

Considering the filter was just a makeshift, DIY job, the photos turned out brilliantly. Hats off to you. I particularly like photo no. 4. There’s something mystical about the passing clouds. 👍

Yeah, I think No. 4 looks more like the moon than the sun. At least at first look.
