Civilisation, phase whatever.

I'll never understand this behaviour. All that is needed is one phonecall, or ask for garbagecollection through an app. Then, for free, it is collected. Instead, people take the effort to drive or walk to a nearby - or even far away - spot in nature, and dump their garbage.

What makes people so fucking careless?
