Taken from the walkway by Defoe House in the Barbican Estate in London. Though the photograph is in black and white, everything is constructed of grey concrete, so it would not make too much difference. The camera is pointing towards Defoe House itself, its name just visible in the shadows on the left. There is a barrier at the bottom of the frame designed to keep pedestrians safe. There is a large support pillar visible near the middle of the frame, with a balcony right next to it. To its left is the staircase that takes you to the ground. On that staircase nearer the ground is the Corporation of London logo, and a Barbican Estate information sign.

Defoe House at the Barbican Estate. Well, the walkway leading to it at least! | Nikon F70, Fomapan 400

(Another from 2023. We thought We straightened this one, but it seems it was still not enough...)
