@eugeneparnell@mstdn.social I've only ever seen it on the trails of Capitol State Forest and Olympic National Forest/Park, so maybe it needs that forest biome to thrive—but, for sure, it would be a pretty one to have in a native plant garden 🌱

@nisemikol Yes, I hike a lot and pay close attention to the plants I pass, and I don't see it very often-- i think it's not super common even though its range is pretty large. I did see one plant nursery in northern CA had a page on it but nothing in stock. I'll keep an eye open for it, thanks for posting the photo!
