This is such an evocative photograph - well done. Definitely a story to be told here.

I’m curious - was your alt text LLM /model generated? I am not seeing the dog it refers to and the descriptors about some garments are technically not incorrect, but odd.

@johannab@pxlfd.ca Thank you, the scene was even more powerful in person. I did check the description, but I guess I was too quick, and it definitely needs improvement (unfortunately, it’s not yet possible to edit it in Vernissage, but as soon as it is, I will fix it). Thanks for the heads-up.

Looking forward to where you take Vernissage! Being a Canadian in the Fediscape, I do have to tip my hat to Pixelfed, and I'm trying to keep my online presence on Canadian-located services, but don't tell Dan - I really prefer your aesthetic aim with Vernissage (I'm using both), and Impressia is my preferred client. Never wanted an Instagram clone with all the nonsense, just the photos, metadata, and a minimal gallery aesthetic. The visual storytelling is so much more powerful.
