A. cardamines has been active since the end of March, a new record, but refused to approach any other nectar plant and remained hectic until its host plant, garlic mustard, started to bloom.

Speaking of garlic mustard, those growing next to the streams in my main zones got an unusual bland taste, whereas the single plant growing in my yard - an accidental but welcome introduction - offers a noticeably stronger garlic note.
